We are a general incorporated association with a vision to expand coworking spaces that create meaningful value for users, operators, and society across Japan. Coworking has grown globally since the early 2000s, and Japan is no exception. We believe these spaces can deliver greater value, achieve stronger commercial success, and become a vital industry. Our mission is to support those shaping this future and to contribute to Japan’s broader economic development.

We develop community managers who can strengthen tenant businesses and increase workspace profitability through effective community building. Our curriculum covers everything from practical, on-site skills to strategic planning at a managerial level. This program significantly elevates the capabilities of community managers and equips them to create high-value, thriving coworking environments.
We provide property owners with practical insights into operating flexible offices. Around the world, models are evolving—from sublease-based space management to acquiring entire buildings for direct operation. As flexible workspace becomes a key strategy in real estate, we support owners who are ready to explore new approaches and unlock greater value from their assets. Our goal is to equip you with the knowledge and perspective needed to confidently take on these new challenges.
This network connects JCCO-certified community managers both online and offline, fostering ongoing collaboration. Members share the latest industry insights, ensuring they stay ahead of emerging trends. By exchanging challenges and solutions across coworking spaces nationwide, the network strengthens each manager’s problem-solving capabilities and raises the overall standard of community operations throughout Japan.
